Our mofongo menu rotates weekly, we use Fried plantains as its main ingredient can be made with cassava or taro, mashed with salt, garlic, broth, and olive oil in a wooden pilón (mortar & pestle) we make over 15 variety & rotate them every month. Check out our mofongo for this month:
